“Guiding little stars to shine bright in their journey of growth and discovery.”

About the Owner

Hello, my name is Mrs Liz. Mother of 6 beautiful children and wife to a wonderful husband of 28 years. I began my ECE journey in 2006. 7 years prior to that I developed a love towards Children’s education while teaching bible study at my church serving approximately 50 children. While working with the children I was drawn by the wonderful imagination they would exhibit. Making me want to learn more about how their little minds functioned. This led me In 2006 to apply for a large family daycare license with the state of California. I was immediately awarded the license due to my experience with children. In 2010 I reached a beautiful milestone and received an AA degree in ECE. I was so excited to be able to work with a group of 14 children by sharing what I had learned to help them become independent, socially active and ultimately thrive in academics. Fast forward 25 years later, I offer a wonderful Bilingual Age Appropriate curriculum to 14 children. My staff is very loving and they love to learn daily thru my teachings. Ultimately making a wonderful team and helping me fill my ultimate goal and purpose for the benefit of our community. Which is to provide a safe, loving environment where my students will grow and thrive, socially and emotionally. It fills me with happiness and joy to know we provide the tools and ECE to our students where they in turn will learn, grow and flourish on a daily basis.

My Philosophy

Every child learns at his/her own pace. That being said, our groups are small. This provides Individualized education and care for our students. All while in a home environment. While our students are learning and playing they are surrounded by a lamp, couch and even a pet. Pets are very beneficial to children. They encourage nurturing, self esteem and give unconditional love. Some children do very well in an institutionalized atmosphere while others, not so much. That is why it fills us with pride to know our small groups provide stability, independence and so much growth to their social and emotional development. We are witnesses to this on a daily basis. All this is done in a BILINGUAL setting. When our students transfer out to kindergarten they will understand and speak Spanish fluently. We believe this is a huge benefit for the rest of their lives!

Also being brought up as a child of a caterer, nuritious FAMILY style meals is a very important part of our education. Providing a FAMILY style warm delicious meal stimulates better relationships between children and others. It also helps greatly for handling daily stress factors of their daily life. We feel the need to serve delicious meals every 2 hours. Why? Some children are not big on breakfast and might not be ready for it at the moment it’s served. So by us serving another meal 2 hours later will give our students another opportunity to have healthy nutrients and be able to join our next activity with full energy and enthusiasm. Our ultimate goal is to provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment where our students will flourish and grow emotionally and socially.
